Did you know that black cod contains more Omega III fatty acids than most species of salmon?!

This hook & line harvested black cod comes from Port Orford, OR, and will be the game-changer for a quick lunch, snack board, or even a gourmet meal.

Did you know!? 1 in every 100 sablefish aka black cod lack an enzyme that makes their meat hold up during cooking resulting in a massive mess of molten fish. If this happens to one of your tins, snap a pic and send it to the email on the back of the box and we will send a replacement your way.

Fun Fact! Mussels can filter E. Coli out of water sources and we can still eat them. How sustainable is that?!

Our mussels were lovingly farmed near our geoduck in Totten Inlet, WA from one buds at Taylor Shellfish Farms.
